Add to your glass with the orange peels and cocktail cherry.
Add smoke to the glass
Cover with plastic wrap or a plate.
Smoke the garnishes and syrup for 90 seconds.
In a separate glass, pour the pour, add smoke, and cover.
Smoke the bourbon for 90 seconds.
Pour the bourbon and the garnishes and syrup over the ice cube
Gently stir to chill.
Right prior to serving, smoke the entire cocktail for an additional 90 seconds.
