Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, (minced)
  • One half cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, (grated)
  • One quarter cup Parmesan cheese, (grated.)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients and chill for about two hours before serving
  • Serve with variety of fresh veggies such as broccoli florets, baby asparagus, celery and carrot sticks, cucumber slices and any other of your favorite veggies
  • This dip is quick and easy and very tasty
  • Get creative with your veggies and offer a wide selection of choices

Notes

Use low fat yogurt, mayo and cheeses
