Chilly Cucumber Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • One quarter cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh mint chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well
  • Serve with pita bread, pita chips or bagel chips
  • This dip is light and flavorful and perfect for this meal
  • It should be easy to find some fresh cukes this time of year and this is a great way to put some to use.

Notes

  • Use low fat sour cream and yogurt.
  • The rest of the ingredients are good as is.
