
Cheese and Olive Spread
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. minced sweet onion
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 8 oz. cream cheese, (softened)
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 4 oz. dried beef, (minced)
- One third cup stuffed green olives, (chopped)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl
- Refrigerate for an hour to allow flavors to blend
- Serve with crackers or toast points
