Caramalized Burgers
Ingredients
- ½ lb thick-sliced peppered bacon
- 80-20 hamburger meat (2 pounds for 4 people)
- Salt and pepper
- Honey chipotle barbeque rub
- White onions
- Cheddar cheese**
- Romaine Lettuce
- Salted beefsteak tomato
- Sweet red pepper
- Mustard
- Garlic aioli
** Really, any cheese you like will work
Instructions
- Sprinkle salt and pepper into the meat and mix it well.
- Form the hamburger into four equal-sized balls
