This liquor and lime-forward cocktail is best served towards the end of the night, right before you decide to put yourself to bed.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin of preference
  • 1.5 oz dark rum of preference
  • 1 oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • A dash of Angostura bitters
  • A dash of orange bitters

Instructions 

  • Combine the gin, dark rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker tin with ice.
  • Shake for ten seconds, and then strain the cocktail into a chilled glass over ice.
  • Serve cold.
